You aren't seeing reruns of Dilbert comics this week. You did indeed see the coffee-swilling beaver saying exactly what he's saying in those comics, but you saw it here in this blog, as I described my process for making those comics.
You saw the punchline but not the whole comic until now.
See how rumors get started?
I got 'wallpapering fog' on the 16th, 17th and 18th

Having a great time with long and short term memory. Wouldn't have realized the punchlines were published before if you hadn't told me.
The great thing about a lack of long term memory regarding comics is I can enjoy the Dilbert cartoons over again in book form.

Speaking of rumors - is it true that you,Scott Adams, have left your wife and are undergoing hormone and gender reassignment therapy after which you plan to live out your days as a Bangkok Ladyboy? Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Wow, Scott still hasn't approved any comments. How many posts do you think will say "first post!"?

I just thought it was interesting to see how far in advance you put together the strips. Fascinating to see how the 'sausage' gets made.

I love the coffee swilling beaver so I hope this character sticks around for as long as possible.

Maybe.
But I had to go to the site to see the beaver. I'm a subscriber and today I received the same comic as yesterday.
So, THAT was a rerun.
;)

I heard a rumor that Scott adams was going to move to Cebu, and run a "house of ill repute". anyone else heard that one? I know I loved the places like that in Cebu last time I was there.
Scott? Could you deny this?

Au contraire, mon frère. The Dilbert strip I received from comics@comicmembers.com was exactly the same for 8/16 and 8/17. They are both still in my inbox. Maybe this is why people think there are reruns.

The idea of a coffee swilling beaver is absolutely hilarious. I can barely wait for tomorrows comic.

Ah yes, from the article "Minutia"...

Oh one more thing regarding the emails of the daily dilbert, I did see a rerun today but only because they emailed the same one as yesterday. That's something else they should look into.

I don't know if you have any pull with dilbert.com, but they should really do an RSS feed with the comics (like they do emails, including the comic itself in the feed).
